Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $200. Most arrive within 3 days across the country. Expedited shipping is available for an added fee. Orders are released from our San Francisco studio Monday through Saturday. Please allow 24 hours for your garment to be packed and given to the carrier. Once you place an order you’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second shipping email with a tracking number. Please be sure to provide a safe delivery address as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that are delivered to the order destination or that are damaged in transit.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your garments and we stand by our product. You may return or exchange items that are unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for an authorization and include the order number and reason for return. Items can be exchanged for no additional cost or returned to the original form of payment. All items will be inspected upon receipt and we reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet the terms of this policy. Accepted returns will be processed within 3 business days.
